Thierry Aymonier
Thierry has extensive experience in accounting and finance. His career began as a partner at Arthur Andersen Paris. He later joined Ernst & Young when the two French entities merged.
He supervised numerous missions on behalf of French and Anglo-Saxon clients (ABB, Alcatel, Thomson, Rémy Martin, Egis, Médimédia, Approvia, among others).
He has developed specific expertise in transactions in very diverse sectors on behalf of industrial groups or investment funds (Cinven, Paribas, CVC, Sagard, Activa, among others).
His other specialties include:
- Statutory auditing for French groups or subsidiaries of international groups
- Transactions (financial due diligence, buy- or sell-side, review of price-adjustment clauses)
- Fraud tracking
He is especially familiar with the hotel business, engineering, the print media, commerce and retailing and the manufacturing industry.
Thierry is 59 years old and sits on the board of directors of numerous companies (hotels, logistics, commerce) in which he has sometimes invested, and which he supervises from their Parisian headquarters.
